Spiritualists can alter the flow of Aer within their own bodies to enhance their physical abilities. There is no limit to the amount of Aer one can move from one part of their body to another, and the denser the Aer concentration in any given part, the stronger that part is. However, improper management of the natural flow of Aer can cause many side effects. For example, an unusually high concentration of Aer in an arm for an extended period of time can cause that limb to bloat and develop tumors. On the contrary, limbs devoid of Aer can suffer atrophy or necrosis if the strain is prolonged or repeated.
