Noshimese Islands

The Noshimese Islands are comprised of two islands, Miyatori and Nakazawa. In ancient times, the giants held dominion over the lands and their people. During the end of the Thousand Year Wars, a group of dragons led by Noshima destroyed the giant forces and gave rise to the clans which would form the Noshimese Shogunate.

Geography

Much of the two islands are covered in dense vegetation and jungles. The northern position of the archipelago means that winters are cold and bitter, leaving much of the landscape covered in snow in the winter months. Much of the landmass is covered by mountains, providing paths for snow to melt in the spring and summer months. This fresh water flows down into the valleys and lowlands of the islands, and supplies much needed nutrients for the undergrowth below.
