Nagara

Nagara are beasts of burden and mounts in Mbakar. In size and stature, nagara resembles giant komodo dragons, with thick neck muscles and larger gaits. They possess a potent venom which is often used in narcotic and nonlethal weaponry, capable of paralyzing prey for easier consumption.
Nagara are extremely agile for their size, and can reach speeds of up to 50 miles per hour. Their size varies based on their diet, with the largest of nagara reaching more than 25 feet in length. Domesticated nagara have been incorporated into many local guard forces, and have revolutionized the capturing of dangerous criminals in Safiri.
