As Navilla
The largest city in the Commonweal of Islingar, As Navilla was founded in 425 DC by Zavazall. Some would call it the only safe place in Islingar.
To the north of the city can be found the first Cazedra sanctuary, an organization of monks who teach the art of monster hunting, producing many honorable students who help to protect the land.
