Guull the Ravager is the sacrilege god of destruction, butchery, and slaughter. He is characterized as an almost mindless beast, one who wishes to consume and destroy. This need comes not from a desire to survive, but instead, a desire to see everything else die.
Guull is often depicted as primitive and feral creature, more of an unstoppable force than a personality. Because of this, he is often portrayed as an orc, due to their stereotype of being similar creatures of wanton destruction. Most orcs and half-orcs despise it, while other orcs revel in the association.
Followers of the Ravager do not pray in the same way they might for other Chthonic. Instead of offerings or messages, Guull only accepts actions as favorable of his blessing. The bloodlust one has while mindlessly slaughtering others is both the prayer to and the gift from Guull. Barbaric groups of outriders band together under the Ravager's name, bringing chaos and destruction to any civilization they see fit. Because of this, temples are nonexistent this Deity, and the closest thing you'll find is a shrine in a small encampment where these bands rest.
Commandments of the Ravager
- The weak exist to be crushed by the strong. Be the strong.
- There are no emotions but fury and joy. The rest are weakness.
