Sunken Market

The Colourful Shades are supposedly the home to the Sunken Market, the hub of illegal trade within Estea. A closely-guarded secret, the Sunken Market is impossible to find without the right connections, leading many to claim it doesn’t even exist. Plenty of people claim to have been there, or to know someone else who has been, but information is questionable at best.
In truth, the Sunken Market exists as the underworld's equivalent to the Floating Market, and serves as a hideout and homebase for the city's criminal elements. It's a small, sheltered district unto itself, located under a glass dome beneath Estean waters.
