Major army general takes direct control of his men and convince lower level comanders from other branches and under him to break away. 50% of the Army, 40% of the Navy (lesser skilled and expeinced) join him in his fight. Mid-late war Volgarian empire starts to gain the upper hand until the regeanal governor of Erabin declares independence. fighting a two front war, the southern theater begins to go to the favor of the Sturgian military seazing the opertunity, a mid to high level cammander takes 45% of the Sturgian Military under his control and declares the Silvatorn Comune an sovern country. The Empire controls a fraction of the country when the peace trieties are signed. loss of control of the northern most lands to the Grand Dutchy of Erabin. Loss of the centrol east lands to the Silvatorn Comune. The loss off all the southern lands to the Sturgian Empire. Resources lost are to follow in ordor of considered importance: all major shipyards, The Capital City (City of Volgaria), 80% of the fertile land, loss of control of just under 44% of the total population (63/144= 0.4375 million)
