The Hunt Begins 12.18.24
General Summary
The hunt begins, as the party uses it's pieced together not to search for 'Creatures of Fire and Lightning, and the moon-gaze stag"
They started by having their familiars scout the area to look for signs of fire, or burns, and Baloat found two gnomes scurrying with a torch in hand by a metal totem. The party followed the path to where the gnomes where only to discover them recently dead. The party crept closer to investigate the site, Fritz Pfefferhasen used his translation rod and deciphered the images on the metal totem, to discover it is a summoning rod, and the 10 symbols represent the different types of damage. Fritz in his eagerness cast Sacred Flame on the rod, which brought a Deva, a celestial being instead of a fire creature. The party quickly took care of celestial creature, and then Fritz cast Fire bolt on the sacred rod, which brought out a fire giant which they are currently fighting.
