Cronespawn

Rumors say there's people living in those woods, the loggers see faces at night watching them from beyond the trees.

The Cronespawn are beings of cursed magic borne from the Cronewood. The rumors of their existence only started to surface around 80yrs ago.

They can stretch their dark shadowy eight limbs into various shapes and sizes. In the centre of their mass is a bone white mask that they can contort into faces They are exceptionally quick, strong and have been witnessed to possess people with their foul magics. They have an affinity for all things natural stone and wood and will use these to hide before striking out from the unseen.
