The Kingdom of Nobolia is the first major city to be constructed by humans. It is in the far eastern corners of the [pre-Forbidden Lands].

The great kingdom of Nobolia is founded in the far east of the fifth island, . The first major settlement of the humans, Nobolia grew quickly once it was established fully and thus became a thriving nation. Nobolia was never particularly aggressive, however they were never afraid to bare arms if it meant the protection of their people.

The remnants of the Raxarians had long since faded, and barely even made it into legend. The Raxarian numbers had dropped further, mostly from the shockwaves of Nyetdrov-zhiva’s battle, and they now are only down to a measly 7,000.
