Nepthys' Resilience
Nepthys judges the worthy and unworthy alike. You merely have to send them to her.
Enduring Spirit. Nepthys grants her chosen the strength to linger in the mortal world to fulfill her will. You gain advantage on death saving throws. Additionally, if you roll a natural 20 on a death saving throw, you regain hit points equal to your level and can stand up without expending extra movement.
Deadly Favor. Once per day, when you kill a creature, you may call upon Nepthys, the Goddess of Death, to gain resistance to all forms of damage until the end of your next turn. This ability requires no action and can be activated even outside of your turn. After invoking this power, you must complete a long rest before using it again.
Death Defiance. Once per day, if you are reduced to 0 hit points, you can beseech Nepthys to delay your demise. You gain temporary hit points equal to twice your level, lasting for 1 minute. Afterward, your hit points immediately drop to 0, and you begin dying. This divine reprieve reflects Nepthys' unwillingness to let you fall without completing your purpose.
