Though the identities of the Nine may have been lost to time, their Arcane Marks are forever etched into the annals of history. The flame bearer’s marks are nearly as iconic as the very schools of magic themselves. Each member of the Nine has two Arcane Marks: a short symbol, and a long symbol. Short symbols are used for menial and daily tasks, while long symbols serve as heraldic brands left in their wake.

Short Symbol: A flame displayed atop the image of a cookie.
Long Symbol: Elaborate arcane runes decorate a silver tray featuring all manner of cookies, each appearing impossibly soft and warm. A pair of glowing hands carry the tray. Cookies are associated with Universalism because everyone likes them.
