Goblins are small cave-dwelling tribal goblinoids, scorned as crude, greedy and vicious. Goblin tribes are led by ruthless chieftains or cunning clerics of the treacherous goblin god Maglubiyet. Goblins are often thralls to hobgoblins or bugbears. Goblin lairs are well-defended teeming warrens littered with traps. Goblins raid and steal from villages, engage in banditry and capture and enslave other races.
