Sodality - Generic

A sodality is a group of Sulmu who are focused tirelessly on one task. The master at the head of the sodality is known as the Sankal. From their followers, the Sankal will choose six Tur to assist them in every facet of life. Each Tur then chooses six people to serve them in the same way the Tur serves the Sankal. This third tier of thirty-six Sulmu are called the Gurus.
Rather than limiting a sodality to forty-three members, the number of Gurus is more fluid than six per Tur. A Tur that is training disciples to expand their art may take up to twelve Gurus on at a time. If the number of a sodality ever increases past seventy Sulmu, some of the Gurus (and occasionally a Tur) must have a request filed with The Sodality of Bureaucracy to splinter off to a new sodality or face daily fines and harrassment.
