Memento Mary's is the longest running business in the underworld city of Port Elysium, Kibalagaldi. It started as a simple tavern just inside the Solace Gate entrance, offering temporary lodging and food for those visiting or delivering the dead to Port Elysium. It has expanded into a tourist destination, following the lead of Port Elysium's initiative to get the living to visit more often.
The known areas of Memento Mary's include a restaurant, several small themed bars, a cavernous bath house, meeting halls for funerals or gatherings, a comprehensive library, and notably the first gift shop to appear in an Underworld. The true extent of the tavern is unknown except to the owners, rumored to stretch miles into the deep. It is said that Memento Mary's has never run out of rooms, always able to accommodate every visitor willing to spend the money to stay there.
