The Foreman
Foreman Vondan Fallack
While not too much is known about The Foreman's personal life, what is known is that he is not only antagonizing Dragons Wings at every turn, claiming them to be "the reason why Ysgard is dying" (Which there has been no confirmation that Ysgard is dying), but that he used to work for the local construction company in Stokra as, well, a Foreman, hence his title.
There is reason to believe that he has made a pact with the Djinn. This would make him a warlock, potentially.
Mental characteristics
Education
Supposedly, the Foreman graduated from an academy as valedictorian, he is considered a grandmaster at his artisinal craft, and was at one point one of the top Artificers in The Blue Star Empire before he went crazy.
Employment
the Foreman was one of the heads of Empire Creations, the construction company that sent a branch to Ysgard to help with settlement efforts.
Accomplishments & Achievements
Valedictorian of his academy where he retrieved his Artificer license, Foreman of Empire Creations, one of the most well known construction companies in Blue Star, and one of the most skilled Artificers known.
Mental Trauma
Touching the Sylvan Stone seems to have caused him to snap in some way, and now any sign that Dragons Wings gets of him involves him proclaiming himself some sort of hero while also demonizing Dragons Wings as much as possible.
Intellectual Characteristics
He was, at one point, extremely intelligent, able to make massive structures and siege engines in a matter of days if not hours (with sufficient help), it seems that with his insanity, his intellectual acumen has only been slightly hampered.
