Rhookrin Loccil
Sir Rhookrin Loccil (a.k.a. Rhook)
Rhookrin Loccil is from the noble House Loccil back on the main land in Andrial. He, much like the rest of his family, is a Spellsword, and his family (though not quite he himself just yet) is known for their adventuring, treasure hunting, and general charisma.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Rhookrin is about average in regards to his physique compared to other dragonborn. He is far from hulking, but isn't all hide and bones either.
Body Features
Black scales adorn most every part of his body, though his sword arm, his left, seems to sometimes radiate with black flames. It never lasts for too long, though.
Facial Features
Rhookrin, like the rest of his family, has strikingly blue eyes - more befitting of a blue dragon than anything. Not a too uncommon trait for dragonborn who can claim nobility - Some say it was these differences that gave certain families to claim themselves of higher birth than others.
Identifying Characteristics
His blue robes, only covered by his half-plate, are bright enough that with his form and their color, it is pretty obvious that if it isn't Rhookrin underneath, it is most certainly someone from his family.
Physical quirks
When Rhookrin gets very angered, acid has a tendency to seep through his gritted teeth.
Special abilities
As a Spellsword, Rhookrin is capable of all things you might expect from one - Skill with a blade and magic to back it up.
Apparel & Accessories
His Half-plate which he commonly wears is almost stained a very dark brown, said to be a type of steel unique to the region of Andrial his family calls home. It is no harder or more durable than normal steel, it just seems to have suffered an almost wrought-iron-like discoloration.
His blue robes on the other hand, involve a hood - which he frequently keeps up and a slightly flowing bottom (Though he naturally wears trousers underneath). A sheet of plate is lain over the center section of his lower body, further adding a bit of extra protection while also essentially adorning his robe bottoms.
Specialized Equipment
While normally he has an emblem signifying his royal house embedded into his armor, upon reaching Dragons Wings, it was replaced by the Guildmaster into a symbol of the Guild instead.
Mental characteristics
Education
As a noble, Rhookrin has received a high level of education. While he's not exactly a super genius by any means, he has a fair amount of knowledge of most things that make a civilization, a.. Civilization.
Employment
He is currently under the employ of Dragons Wings, but would otherwise simply be a freelance Adventurer, adventuring in the name of his family until he accomplishes some great act that will allow him to return home with honors.
Accomplishments & Achievements
Rhookrin, as an adventurer, has accomplished a number of minor things here or there, nothing quite prolific enough to earn him a spot as a household name by any means, but he's working on it.
Failures & Embarrassments
For quite some time, he was incapable of using magic during his studies. Something his parents were very concerned about - considering the family profession. It took him a while, and he's very much so late on the draw, but he did manage to begin casting spells along with his skilled bladework.

If he has any, he hasn't divulged it with anyone.
Intellectual Characteristics
Not quite a scholar, Rhookrin has plenty of knowledge of noble courts and how to navigate them. While he isn't fond of it, if he has to lie, misdirect, force a run-around, or otherwise obstruct, he will do so.

Rhookrin does try his best to do good for those around him, even if it might come at a cost to himself. He has been known to jump in the way of and obstruct danger to his allies or those who would otherwise be unable to protect themselves.
It has caused him no shortage of major injuries.
Taboos
A lack of respect. There is nothing that angers Rhookrin more than disrespect. Whether his greatest enemy or his fondest ally, everyone should be treated like a living being all the way to the end.
And those that don't? Are monsters.

Rhookrin is motivated by a want to do good and a need to live up to his noble house's expectations, as grandiose and crushing as they may be.

Trying to be as understanding as he can to multiple points, Rhookrin takes the time to hear every side of an argument or conversation before he tries to weigh in. He's clearly used to his noble courts, and certainly spends a significant amount of time trying to make sure he has a story straight before acting, unless of course.. Something crosses certain lines.
Vices & Personality flaws
Rhookrin unfortunately has a tendency to make rash and dangerous decisions, more often than not at great personal cost to himself. Not only that, but he harbors a great amount of anger when it comes to certain subjects, and is very much so quick to assert himself when his lines are crossed.
While that may be a virtue for some people, for him it usually does not involve a calm discussion.

Sometimes overly polite, Rhookrin exudes at least a modicum of Charisma, though it more often than not drops once he is pushed into a situation that calls for anger.

He enjoys discussing blade technique in-between discussion about societal infrastructure and national diplomacy. Given the chance, if he's not currently engaged in political discussion, he would find himself practicing his bladework.
