Treaty of Arlen

The Treaty of Arlen was proposed by Blanca Tulipa , and after much deliberation signed by all Avatars. It clearly governs what which avatars may and may not do. Each of the Avatars are bound by blood and face immense repricussions for braking the treaty.

Document Structure

Clauses

1: Drogo Thunka   Drogo Thunka agreed that he would choose a home and retreat there. He would be allowed to send raiding parties throughout the world, but he would not be permitted to wage war with any Nation. For this Branos would guarentee that there would always be deliveries of food and other necessities at a very reosonable price. Additionally Akkarin Ladon added a modification to the Nexus allowing more frequent incursions from the shadowrealms and feywilds in the lands surrounding Drogo Thunka. This allows additional rescources to be attained to pay for the supplies from Branos.   2: Akkarin Ladon and Avelana Roseheart   These two, as the most involved of the Avatar, were to uphold the laws described in the Treaty of Arlen.   3: Diconom Rex   Diconom Rex was given free reign, but it was required that, at the request of Akkarin Ladon, he never do anything that significantly hamper the progress of society.   4: Blanca Tulipa   The avatar quickly realized that Blanca Tulipa was uninvolved with the world for the most part, but even they could not resist her charm. For this reason she was no longer permitted to have any influence on the political and social world.   5: All Avatar   An Avatar would not be permitted to engage in combat with one another.

Caveats

Akkarin Ladon initiated a blood binding spell binding the Avatasr to one another. This would allow Roseheart and Akkarin to banish, imprison or deal with the other Avatar as they see fit. If one of these two were to break the covenant, then their respective gods would remove them from their power.
