Ducal Decree

Let it be known that WE Medwyn Belaroth DUKE OF CIELLO, and Count of Cunaris, the rightful lord of the Isl of Ciello and the lesser isls belonging to it, do hereby decree that Antonio de Aldershall  is stripped of his title as Count of Aldershall. Let it be known that the aformentioned person has been named a traitor to his lord, his God and his people. Let it be known that he has broken his solemn vows! By the laws of Gods and Men he is an Outlaw, and just rewards shall befal those who aid the authorities in bringing him to justice.
A reward of 10.000 Mark, and elevation to the rank of Baron is offered to the man or woman who captures this man, and delivers him to US. A reward of 5.000 Mark, and a knighthood is offered to the man or woman who brings US his head.
