Bazaraak

Bazaraak is the capital city of Zumond. Bazaraak is also known as the Tilted City as the island city rests on an incline. The island which now rests in a cove had previously floated above the ground. During the uprising, the magic which suspended the land mass in air was disrupted causing the city to fall in the sea below.
The life in the city has now become accustomed to the incline referring to the acclimation as their "city legs." It may take a citizen a few days to get used to flat land after spending a considerable amount of time in the city. 
The city itself is divided into five districts. The districts include the capital district, financial district, market district, commons district, and the unders district. The emperor and elite reside within the capital district. While the elves reside in the unders.
