Waverunner

The Waverunner was created for the convenience of cities that host rivers and lakes through the city. The vehicles themselves can be used for small cargo transport, or used by the crownsguard to patrol the rivers against criminals or aquatic creatures. Due to their limited mobility and durability, these vehicles never see the raw oceans, and remain within the small bodies of water on land.
