The Triumvir's Triarchy

This triarchy is between the westward cities of Wawic, Ingford, and Edhelen. While each city have their own respective ruler, these minds always collaborate on large scale changes/directions to take the Capitals. When making diplomatic decisions, the Triumvirs all converse and make a decision as one, accumulative city.
