Lingering Injuries

When a character is hit by an attack that deals more than half of their maximum hit points, or a creature rolls two natural 20's, the target then has to roll on the lingering injuries table. With this, the effect rolled is implemented, and only high end spells like Regeneration could bring the body part back.
