The Laughing One

Not much is known about The Laughing One, expect that he finds revelry in all actions.
He has been known to do odd things around town, such as:

• Talking to purple flowers, about how the red ones are cheating
• Digging holes next to trees to find the squirrels secret treasures
• Drinking in the inn by pouring his ale down the top of his mask. None is ever seen to be spilled.
• Carving images of spiders into door-frames of buildings.
