Ring of Discorporation

This ring is filled with the void essence of Shiz'Nikko, Herald of the Void, it glimmers with nothingness.
This ring holds 4 charges, regaining d4 charges at dusk. Its bearer may use a charge, and an action, to attempt to dicorporate a target creature. Target creature must succeed on a DC 17 Constitution saving throw or become intangible until the end of its next turn. While intangible, the creature is incapacitated, drops whatever it’s holding, and is unable to interact with physical objects. It gains resistance to all forms of damage. The creature is still visible and able to speak. A creature may choose to fail the save, rather than roll.
