This cloak of dark magic grants the user the defensive magic of Legatan, Herald of Blood.
While attuned to this cloak the user may use their reaction to consume a charge take no damage from a single attack, this also avoids the non-combat damage effects of that attack. This mantle has 3 charges, regaining all charges at dawn.
