He is a short human originally form the isle of Ikica; who made there way to Queenstown; before adventuring off to Buhisath. He is a cheerful man with a great familial connection to the people of New Queenstown.
He offers the party magic item hunting, with a 10GP deposit. He asks for a 10% finders fee on top of item price.
