This spear is forged from the blood of a Herald, and acts as a +2 spear. The spear may be held aloft once per day as an action to call out to the blood of all foes within 10ft. Make a single melee attack against each of these foes, on a hit deal 3d12 necrotic damage and regain half as much damage dealt in total.
