General

The General of the Halo Daga is a prestigious position that only the best of the best ever manage to achieve. Generals are always highly regarded by Haloes and citizens of Actane.

Qualifications

Anyone who wishes to become General must have graduated from (insert school name).

Requirements

Must have achieved very high marks in all areas/subjects in (insert school name) and have a minimum of 5 years experience in the Halo Daga.

Appointment

Generals are appointed by a majority vote from the Halo Daga. To be eligible to run as a candidate, you must meet all the qualifications and requirements. Any other special achievements related to the Halo Daga is helpful. Candidates can also be sponsored by past Generals or Council Members.

Duties

Generals are in charge of preparing for war. The General will create army formations and have plans of actions ready for any scenario. It is the Generals job to have the warriors prepped and ready with a full extent of knowledge of every formation and maneuver. The General must make sure all their warriors are comfortable and ready for these actions and to always listen and take criticism into account.

Responsibilities

A Generals responsibilities include taking care of their warriors, listening to their problems and helping where they can. It can be impossible to know each warrior personally but it is good manners to try. During times of peace and stability Generals, and other high ranking officials, also have a responsibility to the citizens of Acatane. They are to help out and solve problems where needed; even small menial jobs.

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal

Generals can be pushed out of the position if the Haloes are not happy with their leader. A new General would then be elected.

Source of Authority

A General must have the general consensus of the Halo Daga as well as direct permission from the Head Mage to make any movements.

Length of Term

A General can stay in power until they make the decision to step down in the best interests of the Halo Daga (age, sickness, etc).
