Mental Trauma
Her family (mother, father, older sister) was slaughtered by the Mad King in front of her when she was 6 years old. Since then, she has a severe, fiery hatred of the Mad King and is often plagued by nightmares about the night he killed her family. This incident is what drove her to become the skilled warrior she is now, so she may never have to witness something so terrible happen again and to save others from the same fate.

History
Yggdrasil called for Isadora only a few weeks after she arrived in Acatane through her dreams. Isadora made her way to Yggdrasil at the edge of the city during the night where Yggdrasil waited in human form. Yggdrasil then comforted Isadora for the loss of her family and thus their relationship blossomed.
