Milisa

The city of Milisa, located on the western shores of Tyconteroga is one of The Five Titans Of Tyconteroga. The city is most well known for their large plantations of tropical crops that they export to the whole continent. The city controls parts of the land surrounding it where the jungle was completely razed to make room for planting cash crops. In recent years, the massive plantation strategy got more and more difficult since the farmlands were often raided by local tribes who hate the city for its heavy destruction of their natural homeland. To protect their lands, Milisa receives considerable military assistance from Gilgaro .
The people working on the farmlands are rarely locals, many of them were impoverished farmers from all around the continent, who got tired of breaking their backs in the field for their lords and found the incentive of better paid labor in Tyconteroga very compelling. While some certainly prefer their new lives to their old ones, many found themselves trapped in yet another system where they work to increase someone else’s prosperity.
For the citizens living in Milisa, as long as they don’t work on, or own plantations themselves, the most compelling option is often to join the scouts who venture into the jungles to bring new crops or wild animals back to the titan for sale. It is common knowledge though that many of those who choose this risky yet profitable profession will undoubtedly never return to taste the fruits of their labor.
