The world of Abeir is dark fantasy setting where every day is a struggle to survive, water is more precious than gold and the old rules; the dragons, have left the world to fend for itself. Now, 500 years after a catastophic event brought arcane magic to the world and plunged it into chaos and made it a barren wasteland, the people try to make the best out of their lives and either try to climp the social ladder in one of the many city states, or turn their backs on civilasation and try to make a life out in the deadly wilderness.
