Highstormers

The inhabitants of the region known as The Maelstrom are divided into to groups Highstormers, or Upper-stormers and Lowstormers, also called Under-stormers.   Where the Lowstormers liv in canvases and underground in the region where the Everstorm always rages, the Highstormers are the name given to the few brave, or stupid enough to live above or outside the constructed wind walls. To live in this climate requires great effort and an even greater resolve.
