The Culinary Practices of Old Ecleinia

The Culinary Practices of Old Ecleinia, or The Culinary Practices, is a cookbook detailing the culinary arts of those who lived in Ecleinia prior to its unification. The book details recipes and the culinary history of Ecleinia from 7,500 BU (years Before Ecleinian Unification) to 500 AU (years After Ecleinian Unification). It was initially started as a thesis for historian Tanveer Nazham to receive their PhD from the Historical College of Caworn, but after receiving widespread acclaim, Nazham turned the thesis into a book and self-published it. The book is set up in 5 sections, which each detail what was happening in various parts of Ecleinia at the time. The five sections are the North, the South, the Eastern Coast, the Greenlands, and the Western Mountains. It is recognized as one of the most unique and intriguing historical books written in Ecleinian history.
