Buholt House

Buholt House was a residence of Protector of the Realm Bailey Tracker and his various companions. Tracker purchased the house on a large area of land 75 miles outside of Caworn, and he used it as one of his personal residences for both him and his allies and companions. The two most frequent residents were Bailey Tracker and his friend Jessica Colwick.
The house itself is built in the 'modern-rustic' style, and holds a variety of amenities. Surrounding the house is a small group of trees, and then farmland for miles. The only way in is via skyship.

Purpose / Function

Tracker purchased the house with the intent of making it a getaway home, the sort of place he could go to when not on duty or if he needed to hide out. The property itself was primarily farmland, save for a small copse of trees where the house- a semi-rustic home- was built. Over time, Tracker expanded usage to allow his friends and allies to use the house, and it was used as a staging ground and headquarters during the October War.

Alterations

Tracker installed an armory and declined the opportunity to have a hypernavigation beacon installed on the property.

Architecture

The house itself is built in the 'modern-rustic' style. It has two main bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, basement, library, sunroom, 3 closets, an armory, and an office.

History

Tracker purchased the house in November of 2023. It served as one of his getaway homes until October 2031, when the Party for Peace seized control of the city of Caworn. June Sowager and the rest of the Ecleinian government fled outside the city, where they instituted a blockade. Tracker assembled a force of skyships and troops to re-seize the city, and on October 14, 2031, the 1st Liberation Fleet arrived in Caworn, retaking the city in days, and arresting the leaders of the rebellion.
