Session 4.7.1b Report - On to Forestguard!

General Summary

Beginning their journey to Forestguard, Pavel and Seneschal are ambushed by a pack of orcs. After a desperate struggle, they manage to dispose of all the orcs and continue their journey to Forestguard.
Arriving in the middle of the night they ask for admittance into the town. The guard is hesitant to let them in as they have no business walking the woods in the middle of the night. They decide to bed down outside the town and sleep until they are awoken by the sound of marching soldiers.
They again try to get into Forestguard and, after some debate, are let in. They chat with the Dwarf guard Darius Stonewall and are taken to the Governor's hall. There they meet Malik, the Elf Governor of Forestguard. Seneschal and Pavel inquire about the evils of the Dreadwood and offer their services. Malik is excited to hear this offer because he has an interest in something called the Baba Yaga deep at the heart of the forest.
