The characters first interacted with the Half-Orc Shromp who offered to guide them across the city. They also came across Azad Parsi who was Captain of the East Verlin Bridge Watch. Later, the characters were questioned by an unnamed guard and Tuk, a Hobgoblin guard who took an interest in Seneschal .
