Usui

Usui is a minor island of the Broken Bridge, and has the dubious reputation as a land of perpetual rain. The locals say it doesn't rain absolutely all of the time, yet few if any visitors would volunteer to refute the reputation. They are well known as makers of fine umbrellas, and have developed a unique type of ink that is fast drying and waterproof, which is used the world over by wizardly types and archivists both.
