Tauber (Tao-Ber)

Tauber is the smallest of the northern countries and is on good standing with almost every nation by merit of wealth and trade. The Absalom badlands narrows its western border with Vaenirheim. Tauber controls the Amber Coasts that juts into the continent of Barraskr. Vaenirheim has taken the northern coast many times, and their territory presses in quite close. But whenever they take the coast, they can’t keep it because the ships from Tauber and her allies will quickly push back or starve them out. Tauber is home to gnomes, dwarves, humans, and halflings. Many towns are built on a scale of creatures that peak at about 5 feet, so humans live in smaller settlements, built taller, and on the coast where the ships are built for creatures of both medium and small size to crew with ease.
