Orochi the Tide Maker

Orochi the Tide Maker is the god of the sea and the Titan of water. She created the oceans of Aard and has endured since the First Dawn. When this world ends, she will rise and swallow the lands once more, to put out the sun's fires and make way for the next world. She is depicted as a giant nautilus, who's very breath makes the tides. She is often depicted covered in large yellow eyes, and though she sleeps, she is ever watchful. Orochi has begat several other deities, most recently Uvi the Ship Breaker and Ravi the Wave Walker, though before that she gave birth to the first sirens, Scylla of the Deep, Nessa of the Rivers, and Sedna of the Shores. They however were flawed and failed in their duties to watch over their domains as Orochi desired them to, and were sent away. They however begat the siren race of cecaelia, kelpie and selkie subraces.
