Inari

One of the smaller and lesser known islands of the Broken Bridge, Inari is also one of the strangest. Among the reasons for this strangeness is that its leader is a fox. Lord Inari is a fox who rules the island, and even makes occasional trips to the Kitsungi palace for the congress of Island Leaders. The island itself is home to a great many foxes, many of whom are treated as honored guests by the residents, and allowed to take whatever they wish, whenever they like, permitted to come and go. To slay a fox on this island is considered a most egregious sin of murder.
