Hangaku Rainsong of Ryujin Island

Hangaku is the Daimo of Ryujin island. She is 31 years old. She is a Blue Oni who perpetually has ink stains on her hands and always carries paper and brush with which to compose. She has a single white horn protruding from her forehead. She has her head a bit in the clouds but is a sharp minded and very capable leader. She is slow to anger but being under estimated is one surefire way to push her buttons. She is also a Kensei monk so pushing that button isn't a great idea.
