Fish-Men

The Fish-Men are humanoid fish people (not just men). They tend to stay around the Fish-Man Island near the Redline, and are regarded as one of the most physically powerful races of the World. They possess unmatched capabilities when in the water, and a form of martial arts to manipulate the ocean to boot. They are estimated to be 10x stronger than the average human, and can move faster than the eye can see while submerged in water.
When you choose Fish-Men as your character race, you gain the following attributes:

• Movement speed of 45 feet per round, swimming speed of 90 feet per round.
• Gain a +2 to your Strength score.
• Gain the Child of the Sea feature: When submerged in water, a Fish-Man has unmatched combat capabilities. Gain advantage on attacks when submerged in water.
