King Eric I

Overview:
Unlike his warrior predecessors, Eric I was a king of intellect and ingenuity. Known for his brilliant mind and aptitude for mathematics, he was a visionary builder who left a lasting legacy on the city of Heaven. In the aftermath of the First Demon Attack, Eric led the construction of the Great Wall, a monumental defense against future threats. He also restructured and expanded the city.

During his reign, Eric founded the Faith of Nurn, offering spiritual solace and understanding of the demons that plagued the island. He also established the Vanguard and the Garrison, creating the kingdom's military foundation. His daughter, Princess Verona, played a pivotal role in this era, overseeing the construction of the Royal Observatory and Verona's Library, which became centers of knowledge and discovery.
