LONG XIAORAN (龙 小狼) is a Chinese-born student of Frontline Academy whose metahuman trait lies in the swirling black energy beneath his skin. As he relents his body to the swirling energy that blossoms from his left arm chi points, he grows in physical and destructive might along with a heightening of his emotions and sense of impulse. He is able to 'balance' his chi points via a skill he refers to as Purification, where he meditates with both hands clasped together to purge the energies that swirl along 108 points of his body. The staff at Frontline have referred to this as a YIN-YANG SCALE he has, where his markless demeanor is calm and clear, while his tattooed side is violent and blindly agitated.
He was fascinated at first sight with Mere Azure Moonlight Abrams, and after a brief stint of acclimating to his classes and daily schedule, seemed to organize an attack on a coastal penitentiary where Shockrave (Nicole Wattson) managed to subdue him, as Azure Moonlight escaped with his accomplices.
The staff of Frontline Academy have him in holding as a criminal, where they wonder if he has any connection to WEN SHEN (瘟神), a terrorist organization of Chinese metahumans who have targeted 'transformation'-powered Rankers in the past.
