Cí Shǔ

雌鼠(Cí Shǔ, lit. 'Rat Girl') is a Wen Shen  terrorist and the Spring Goddess of Pestilence in the group.
She holds a very sterile and cold image despite her position as a Spring season, the type to carry disinfectant and wear gloves before touching anything public. Her idea of winning an argument is to use pontificated data to make others look slovenly.
Her value as an informant is peerless as she is able to communicate with vermin and manipulate them conversationally on top of an empathetic connection that allows her to hear what they hear and see what they see, at least to a vague degree. She excels in big cities where vermin are a common issue, similarly to how Fowler excels for the selfsame reasons with his pigeon coops.
