Wulbren Bongle attempted to recruit the Party for his plan to destroy the Steel Watch Foundry, even at the expense of the lives of all the Gondian workers.
As he won't take no for an answer, the Party agree to take the runepowder powder bomb, but agree with Barcus Wroot that it should only be a last resort, telling Wulbren that they will try to talk to the Gondians before resorting to mass murder.
