A Hollyphaunt in the service of Helm.
In the late 15th century DR, she was dispatched to Baldur's Gate to investigate to descent of Elturel into Avernus.
Following the return of the city, she began working with the Flaming Fist as an investigator. Despite her celestial nature, she proved a poor investigator, more interested in finding quick solutions than seeing justice done.
After failing to properly investigate a series of ritual murders in the city, she was captured by the Cult of Bhaal as a sacrifice. In order to convince they cult they were an ally, and gain access to the Temple of Bhaal, Better murdered Valeria and ate her heart.
