The Nine Hells of Baetor are a dimensional plane of suffering and torment, inhabitted by Devils.
The Plane is divided into Nine Regions, each ruled by a different Archdevil. The Hells are at endless war with the demons of the Abyss, in a conflict known as the Blood War.
