Career

Qualifications

When a member in the order wants to be promoted to General of the Triforce, they must go through extensive training and have strong emotional willpower. A General of the Triforce must be prepared to make difficult decisions, especially in moments of high pressure. They must be resourceful, and must show that have strong leadership capabilities. A General will always further the ideals of the order for the greater good, and must bear the responsibilities of the peoples' free will, while seeking a leadership position in society and their subordinates are expeced to fall in line. We were built to serve the Goddesses. A General must uphold the belief that killing is not done emotionally -- but rather for efficiency.

Before a member of the order is allowed to take on the mantle of such a high position of leadership, they must go through extensive physical and mental training. They will become proficient in many different forms of combat, as well as strategy. They will be fluent in multiple languages, highly knowledgable in philosophy, and must be an expert in history, especially when it comes to the history of the Order of the Golden Goddesses.

Career Progression

Progression through the ranks of the order are usually exclusive. In the case of a natural death, or a death with an otherwise unknown cause, it's likely that the person to take over will recieve the title based on birthright. While there are some exceptions, birthright is usually given to offspring of the current General. In cases where there is no person with birthright, or there next in line is unfit, an election would be held by the Inner Circle of the Order.

While unusual, it's also possible to become a General by force. If one is popular enough, they maybe be able to recruit enough members to their side. They could undermine the authority of the current General by questioning their authority, forcing more subordinates to ignore the Generals authority, allowing one to rise to power by "popular demand". With the initial group of people recruit, one could also stage a coup and violently take over the authority of the General. It is never advised to murder the current General, especially if the General is willing to negotiate terms.
